Ice


This monochromatic looking image of melting ice was actually shot in colour but strong sunshine has created so much contrast that all highlights are white and the shadows quite black. This actually a small detail, the distance was less than 2 meters.

I took this picture with Pentax LX with Pentax 80-200 mm lens. Fujichrome 100 film was used as usual. Exposure was automatic at f:11 - I guess. Tripod was used.
