I took the close-up picture of this rose a long time ago with Pentax LX with bellows and f:4 /100 mm Pentax macro lens. Lighting was electronic flash from back and above with a white reflector card directly over the lens. The exposure was automatic and I bracketed in 2/3 stop increments in both directions.
